3 cups frozen strawberries.
1 half of cups coconut milk.
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 tablespoon natural sweetener! (which include pure maple syrup, raw honey, or stevia).
Guidelines:
Puree strawberries in a food processor.
In a bowl, combine coconut milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
alternate among pouring a layer of strawberry puree, then a thinner layer of coconut blend into popsicle molds. preserve doing this until both are used up.
